Katherine, who joined the enterprise in 2022 as Regional HR Director within Alliance Healthcare, is now responsible for Global HR at World Courier.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across the automotive, marine, and healthcare industries, Katherine leads a team of 16 HR professionals dedicated to creating a high-performance culture. Her team is responsible for talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, change management, total rewards, recruitment, health and safety, and employee relations.

Katherine has a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development — Human Resource Management Level 7 Diploma. She is also a member of the CIPD, is a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, and is a Certified DISC trainer.
